The ALCA Awards are tonight. While we are thrilled to be receiving four awards this evening, our thoughts go to our dear friend and employee, Victor Esparza. I hope that you are looking down on us tonight, saying Yeah! I did that! We miss you Victor!

It is with our heaviest of hearts to inform you that Victor Esparza, a dear member of the Grounds Control family, and his wife Veronica, passed on Saturday, November 6, 2021.

For 19 years, Victor was our employee, our friend, our co-worker, our mentor and above all else, a kind man. Victor's smile, like him, was genuine and warm. One always left a conversation with Victor just a little happier and with a smile of their own.

Farewell Victor. We were blessed to have known you.

This is how you show up and show out!

What an exciting day for Grounds Control as we took delivery of our newest fleet truck. We added another tree truck and chipper to our growing Arborcare Division. Was a challenging task but because of Kellies amazing drive, our controller Jim's Erven's financing approval, Tara from Enterprise leasing expertise, Dina from Larry Miller Dodge Ram's truck sale and last but definately not least, Paul from Brand Smith who provided the design and wrap we pulled it off. Amazing team and am so happy how it all turned out. We are still in awe!

Congratulations to all of the employees at Grounds Control for yet another #1 Ranking. This year, we are honored to be chosen by our peers as the best Commercial Landscape Maintenance company in Arizona. Four years in a row team. Keep up the great work!
