IDLE TIME Project

Our Black Fathers Committee (OBFC) is excited to offer a series of engaging summer events designed to educate, inspire, and empower the young men in our village. These experiences provide opportunities for fellowship, personal growth, creativity, technology exploration, and fun.

Food and/or refreshments will be provided at all events.

Summer Event Schedule

🎮 Saturday, June 27, 2026
Arcade Day
6:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Participants should bring a minimum of $10 for arcade gameplay. Food will be provided.

🤖 Saturday, July 11, 2026
Field Trip at Glow Frame Initiative
10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Explore the exciting world of Artificial Intelligence through hands-on learning, demonstrations, and interactive experiences. Food will be provided.

🎨 Thursday, July 23, 2026
Unlocking Emotional Intelligence Through Art
6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
A creative workshop designed to help young men build emotional awareness, communication skills, self-expression, and confidence through artistic activities. $25 per child. Food will be provided.
