If you’ve ever wanted to analyze your running form but don’t want to visit a running lab or have access to one, the Running Form Test is incredibly useful! It evaluates three key areas: strength, skill, and balance, providing a comprehensive analysis of your running style and areas for improvement. What’s neat is it compares you with runners of similar abilities, offering personalized insights to my level of fitness. According to COROS, I’m classified as a Ground Runner with a satisfactory Strike Angle and Stride Ratio.

When I tried it out, it detected a slight imbalance in my left/right footstrike, which matched up with an Achilles issue I had been dealing with. It’s incredible how this tech is accessible to athletes of all levels, spotlighting those subtle details and helping to fine-tune your training to suit your specific needs.

2024 season has begun! Always love racing in NYC at with such a 🔥🔥 field. Causal 68 second PB (since my 2 mile PB was from 16 years ago- 17 yr old me 👶🏻) AND more importantly the body is feeling good! Fastest 2 miles I’ve run all year (since July 2023) back to back on Sunday (4:37.8, 4:45.6). My indoor racing started and ended the same day; now time to keep working on the strength for longer races this outdoor season! Thanks for all the support, I love track!

A Very Merry California Christmas 🎅🏼❤️🏝️

16 miles steady followed by an hour of bike in my heart rate recovery zone. The bike is a little extra work for my ❤️ and active recovery. Monitoring my HR with HR arm band to make sure I’m keeping it in the right zone. Was on the phone with and started laughing to get a small HR spike 😅 but avg was in the right zone 114(aiming for 100-120) 💪 Big day of work and the rest of the day will be eating and lounging 🙃
