📦 We’re Hiring: Load Planner | Bilingual (B2–C1 English)
 
📍 Location: Hybrid – Bogotá, Colombia
(Primarily on-site in Colina Campestre, with occasional work-from-home days)
🕒 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm

We’re looking for a Load Planner to support the operations of one of our U.S.-based clients. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and have a strong background in logistics and route planning, this is your opportunity to work with an experienced international team in a fast-paced environment.
 
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Plan and schedule freight loads based on client requirements
• Optimize routes for efficiency, cost, and on-time delivery
• Monitor and adjust plans based on real-time changes or disruptions
• Coordinate with dispatchers and drivers to ensure ex*****on of plans
• Maintain accurate load records and provide timely updates
 
What We’re Looking For:
• English Level: B2 minimum, C1 preferred
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in load planning or transportation logistics
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with U.S. transportation systems and logistics operations is a plus
• Location Requirement: Must live in Bogotá and be available for hybrid work
• Hard Skills: Load and route planning, data accuracy and report handling, familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS), excel or spreadsheet proficiency
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, excellent attention to detail, high level of organization and time management, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, clear communication and coordination skills
