We've talked a lot about the importance of Mentorship, passing on knowledge, and helping the next generation of our industry professionals, and THIS is how it's done!
Considering registering before the deadline!
The deadline to apply for the NSPS Young Surveyors Network (YSN) National Mentorship Program has been extended to June 12th.
This program connects students and early-career professionals with experienced surveyors and geospatial professionals across the country, in structured, 1-on-1 pairings designed around shared goals and interests.
Topics include ethics and professionalism, licensure and certification, leadership, industry and emerging technology, business ownership, and more.
The 2026 program is capped at 250 participants, up from 100+ last year. Early applications are encouraged.
Program timeline:
▪️May: Applications open
▪️June: Participants finalized
▪️July: Pairings and onboarding
▪️August–November: Mentorship sessions
