The Gavel Project

The Gavel Project has received numerous applications for help from individuals who were wrongfully terminated (and/or had their pay involuntarily deducted) by Pima County for refusing to get vaccinated.

Despite having yet to accept any of these applicants as charitable beneficiaries (we're simply unable to do so absent adequate financial support to fund litigation), Attorney Ryan Heath has been working tirelessly on drafting this complaint—naming Supervisors Bronson, Scott, Heinz and Grijalva—all personally—for violating the constitutional rights of their employees. The complaint also includes a number of other claims such as breach of contract, intentional infliction of emotional distress, etc.

Refusing to comply with an objectively useless vaccination ceremony, in contravention of a localities law to the contrary, is free speech (expressive conduct) that is protected by the First Amendment of the United States Constitution.

This case can win, but the only way this lawsuit ever moves forward is with financial support. The Gavel Project is already committed to funding numerous Anti-Woke lawsuits from coast to coast (from mask-mandate lawsuits in San Diego, California, to anti-grooming/parental rights cases in Virginia). We're overwhelmed with calls for help and we're doing all that we possibly can to defend the American Dream for our children. To succeed, we need help financially and with spreading the word about The Gavel Project by sharing our content.

Any such specified funds that are not ultimately utilized for this lawsuit will, upon completion of the case, be used to fund similar civil rights matters in furtherance of The Gavel Project’s Anti-Woke, charitable objectives.
