𝐉𝐞𝐧𝐢’𝐬 𝐒𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝 𝐈𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐬 is opening a brand-new shop at SanTan Village Regional Center (📍 2218 E Williams Field Rd, Space #206, Gilbert, AZ 85295).
This 1,000 SF scoop shop is set to open this fall, serving up Jeni’s signature flavors made with whole ingredients and a whole lot of joy.

Mike Leonard (Catalyst Commercial Group) negotiated this space, and represented the tenant: 𝐉𝐞𝐧𝐢’𝐬 𝐒𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝 𝐈𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐬.
