Sustainable results take time and consistency. It’s tempting to fall for the quick fix gimmicks, but if you want to make lifelong changes you must put in the work.
Here’s how Georgia is achieving her health goals:
1. We identified her goals and set realistic expectations.
2. We set up a plan that she could follow through with, keeping in mind that she has a busy career and many family obligations.
3. She executed the plan as best she could day after day, knowing that there would be obstacles to overcome along the way.
4. She trusted the process, even on those weeks when the number on the scale didn’t move.
Georgia is doing it the right way and she’s doing it with a positive attitude and beaming smile. I’m excited to watch her continue with her success.
