Watching you grow up is so incredibly bittersweet. We are so proud of the person you’re becoming.
Your kindness, bravery, willingnesss to go up to other kids and ask them to be friends/play, and your strength always have mom and dad in awe.

The mind feels so complex, yet it’s quite simple. When you’re deep in the trenches it feels complex and suffocating and then when you’re on top and have traction it feels simple. Not easy, but simple. Ask me how I know.
I always say to start with movement and showing up for yourself and then eventually others (because it feels good). But, always start with you.
I know people always have something to say with “you can’t pour from an empty cup” especially when related to motherhood. But I wholeheartedly believe you can not. You can TRY, but it’s never too successful. It’s barely surviving. And that’s no fun. Everyone wants to feel ALIVE and LIVING.
