Starting a New Year with gratitude for the amazing patients and people I have
met and worked with.

No resolutions.  Just a continuation of working to keep your bodies in shape and healthy for ALL the things.  Even if that means guilt messages about self-care.

Continuing to work on making change in the healthcare system through awareness and interviews (see Podcast link in bio).

And so many more projects on the books that I hope you all get to see them over the next year!
