As we are commemorating and celebrating the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence we want to reflect on the Christian heritage of our nation. There has been a concerted effort to erase and ignore the truth about our Christian foundation and to paint standing on that truth as a form of partisan politicking. The reality of this nation's founding is far more important than any political party or movement.

This week we continue examining hope and how we grow in our confidence in seeing the things we hope for.
