The woman on the left would be called masculine looking by people on Facebook who’ve grown accustomed to the fake face on the right! This is how far we’ve come in beauty. I’m sorry but this look on the right is ridiculous! And doesn’t age well at all.

Please don’t ask me for shortcuts! This took nine years! I didn’t even optimize my hormones until I was 60. Coming off of the biologic took five years. Coming off the opiates and prednisone took two. This has been a journey of discipline, commitment, and enormous self compassion. It involved EMDR and therapy. It requires me to not allow people who have s**t for brains to be in my life anymore. It requires boundaries and focus. Discipline is freedom. NOT shortcuts!
