For the last 30 days we’ve been hard at work on this commercial TI in Queen Creek. Drywall is up and ready to tape and texture.

The sheet rock is hung and taping and texture has begun at our Project in the Ahwatukee foothills.

Work on our project in Paradise Valley has been moving along. Since our last post we’ve stuccoed, lates roofing tiles and started hard scape. Inside flooring file and cabinets keeping moving forward. A house this size is like 4 houses in one.

We’ve started stone work on our project in Paradise Valley. Exterior precast concrete is going up, inside stone fireplace surrounds are being completed. Tile work has been slow due to materials not arriving on schedule. We also have doors and trim getting installed this week and painters will start inside at the end of the week.
