Gen 2 ThunderMax EFI update 🏁

Turbo bikes love boost, and the less time you spend off the throttle, the better.

The new clutchless shifting update lets you bang through the gears without rolling out of the throttle, keeping the turbo lit and minimizing boost loss between shifts. That means harder acceleration, smoother power delivery, and more time where the bike is making peak horsepower.

On a 165 HP street bike you’ll feel it. On a 200+ HP build, it becomes a game changer.

Jess from The Speed Merchant rode all the way from Central California to Phoenix to give his 2026 Street Glide the full Trask treatment.

We started with a completely stock baseline of 98 horsepower. From there we installed our flagship Assassin Turbo System, an S&S Cycle - Motorcycle Parts 475 cam, and dialed everything in with a ThunderMax EFI ECM.

The result?

165 HP
167 TQ
8 PSI

That’s a gain of 67 horsepower and 69 lb-ft of torque, all while maintaining a reliable, rideable package built to rack up miles.
