Dispatcher will:
Make a 100% effort to keep the client's truck(s) loaded.
Clients will be contacted about every load we find, and the driver will accept or reject the load. Clients cannot cancel once the load is booked.
A confirmation sheet will be provided outlining what the client is being billed for.
Invoice the Client at the time of service, also provide a copy of each load and much more!!!
