Ronald has improved to the point he can tell Dad what he is feeling in the car to make changes. Dad’s changes just did not help today. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Last two races this weekend.
Yesterday Ronald started the day off strong in Jr Honda and finished 3rd in his heat. Then finished the main 3rd as well. Jr 160 was a rough day. Started P1 in the heat and while warming his tires his chain came off. He started the Heat Race P4 and finished 4th. Started the main 4th and with a car spun in front of him. He tried to go around and their just want room and went into the wall. With some hammering and moving rods around we did what we could to fix it. He went back out with a bent from axle and right front tire towed out still. Finished 4th.
Here is a picture of the 160 wreck. Ronald is the one on its side. All and all we learned and he went back out after the wreck.

Jr Honda- started 9th out of 10 cars and finished 9th.

Jr 160- Started 9th out of 9 cars and finished 9th.

Ronald did great in the heats. But put all the cars together and he struggled. We still need to work on set up and getting Ronald more practice laps/ races with more cars to get more comfortable.

Trailer is packed, cars are prepped for this weeks race. Friday and Saturday.
