Macarons That Matter

Hi everyone! Since I am heading off to college in September, it is time for me to do one last special for Macarons That Matter. I will be taking orders of a half dozen or a dozen macarons maximum. I'm going to have 3 flavors available to choose from: strawberry, s'mores, and vanilla. Once 6 dozen macarons are ordered in total, I will close the ordering window (first come first serve). Thank you so much for your ongoing support of my business for the last two years. I hate to limit how many orders I can process, but there’s so much to do in preparation for college. Yesterday, May 3rd, the Supreme Court voted to strike down the Roe v. Wade decision, according to a leaked initial draft majority opinion. By repealing Roe v. Wade, decisions pertaining to abortion rights will be granted to state governments. Thirteen states, have established “trigger laws” that would automatically ban abortion in the first and second trimesters when Roe v. Wade is overturned. 5 states, including Arizona, have decades-old abortion laws that were invalidated by the Roe decision, but could be brought to life again if the case is repealed. An attack on abortion rights is a direct attack on women’s rights, and of the rights of anyone with a uterus. SCOTUS’s decision to override Roe v. Wade is a historical setback for our country, and we must do everything in our power to protect our access to basic human rights and health care. If possible, please donate to Planned Parenthood and/or the Abortion Fund of Arizona to help preserve reproductive rights.
