πŸŽ‰πŸŒžπŸŽŠ Happy Songkran! πŸŽ‰πŸŒž

Did you know that the word "Songkran" comes from the Sanskrit language meaning "astrological passage"? It marks the transition from one astrological year to the next, and it's a time of renewal and fresh beginnings.

Songkran is not just a Thai festival, it's also celebrated by Laotians and Cambodians... known as 'Pi Mai Lao' in Laos and 'Chol Chnam Thmay' in Cambodia.

Each country has its own unique traditions as well.

In Cambodia, for example, people build sand stupas, and in Laos, they celebrate with boat races.

It's a beautiful way of celebrating the diversity of our cultures! 🌍
