Persistence.

Last night, I could hear jets flying around the house every so often. Then I realized they were in a holding pattern waiting for the Home Opener. So naturally I grabbed my camera and ran out to the backyard. Then I saw the shot. After circling around endlessly, I thought I’d never get the shot I wanted. But I waited, I was persistent. Standing there shirtless, in basketball shorts, no shoes. Then it was time for them to head down town and that’s when I was finally able to get the shot I wanted. Sure I could have called it quits after multiple passes too low to line up with the moon, but I knew if I waited long enough the chances only got better. So here it is. Four F-35 Lightning jets. A $436 million dollar shot 🤣

Lovely weather we’ve been having in Phoenix. I’ll take this over 110 any day. Maybe I’m in the wrong city 🤷‍♂️

Hello, 2026. Much like the Saguaro cactus, growth doesn’t happen overnight. It gathers strength surviving many storms & many changes to its environment. Real growth isn’t loud, and isn’t instantaneous. It’s quiet consistency, patience, and resilience. Looking forward to what 2026 brings with optimism, curiosity, and openness to opportunity.
