Before anything else, you have to believe in yourself first before taking your foot forward. No one will greatly believe in what you can do and how far you can go but yourself. You know yourself better than anyone else.

Give yourself a break! Recharge, and get some sleep!

The 2 minute rule was made by David Allen, in which it says that, “If you determine an action can be done in 2 minutes, you should do it right then because it will take longer to organize and review it then it would to actually finish it the first time you notice it.”

Well, this is absolutely true, as you clear up on the list those that are easier to be done, you lessen the clutter on your schedule. More importantly, it lessens procrastination! Because you are actually doing your tasks, no more laters!
