Medical support for 17th Episcopal District

The AMEC International Health Commission working with Texas Methodist Foundation has established a working relationship with the 17th Episcopal District with focus on strengthening health service delivery to all. The partnership will see the District receiving 500,000 prenatal vitamins to be donated to Chilanga Urban Health Centre, a health facility supported by the Office of the Bishop, Bishop Vernon R Byrd Jr. Esq.

The consignment is ready for dispatch to Zambia. In his message to the Chief of Staff in the Office of the Bishop, General Counsel Thomas E Stanton said "We had a vitamin packing party. Thank you for letting us be a small part of your ministry. Blessings (new) friend".
