I'm Monique O'Neal a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Neuro-Linguistics Programming, and Thought Field Therapy/Psychological Acupressure Practitioner, Herbalist, and Aromatherapist who specializes in Restorative Herbal Healing for over two decades.
My life's purpose is to assist you, beautiful souls, with achieving a stronger Self-Esteem, Self-image, and Self-Confidence through a holistic mental health perspective. I assisted over 400 women and men, who suffered from Mental, Emotional, Physical, and Spiritual Trauma Nationally and Internationally.
I am fortunate enough to come from a long line of Medicine Women and Men. Growing up with a southern indigenous grandmother and mother who instilled in me the importance of honoring your ancestral roots, using herbal formulations, affirmative prayer, and ancient wisdom to stay focused and grounded.
This gave me the foundation that I built upon today and I am determined to share this wisdom and knowledge with as many beautiful souls as possible in a safe, respectful atmosphere and in a comfortable intimate supportive environment.
That's why it’s important to be a part of a community that focuses on maintaining your mental and emotional well-being as well as self-care during this time of uncertainty. We are embarking on a journey of healing, restoration, and reflection. I want you equipped with the necessary skills to maintain your mental wellness from a holistic perspective.
