Small Things has partnered with CityReach Church, PHDC, and WSFS Bank to connect low income homeowners with grants and affordable programs for critical home repairs and improvements.

From fixing heating, plumbing, and roofing issues to installing accessibility modifications and removing health hazards like mold, support is available.

Programs include:
• Free emergency repairs
• Home accessibility upgrades
• Low interest repair loans up to $50K

Income eligibility:
Individual: $39,100
Family of 2: $44,650
Family of 3: $50,250
