* The Bessie - Window Jane Baby Jane, DolaDira aperitivo,  Amaro Nonino, & Lemon

is a women-run creamery in Oley, PA who makes phenomenal cheeses like the Thistle we are showcasing! 🧀

The Bessie is a riff off of a classic paperplane & is named after Bessie Coleman, the first African American Female to get her international aviator license. The cocktail also features 3 women owned/produced spirits.

All proceeds are going to Sankofa Farm at Bartam’s Garden, a 3.5 acre community based crop farm rooted in African Diaspora. 🪴
