Today marked the official launch of the ARVO CRE Cohort and I couldn’t be more proud of what we’re building and the ladies that showed up today ready to WORK!
In an industry where women continue to be underrepresented in commercial real estate, bringing THREE women into this business at one time is bigger than recruiting… it’s intentional change.
Commercial real estate can often feel isolating. Too many people are thrown into this industry alone, expected to figure it out without mentorship, structure, training, or community.
At ARVO, we believe commercial real estate was never meant to be done alone. We’re not just recruiting agents. We’re building future industry leaders with the support system to sustain success long-term.
This is bigger than a launch day.
This is pipeline building.
This is legacy.

When and I started this conversation in 2025, the goal was to keep him in place. But after 7+ years and nearly 20,000 SF, when the landlord wouldn’t invest $50K in HVAC to retain him, I knew I had to show him on paper and in numbers ($) his true value as a tenant.
Too many business owners renew without realizing their leverage… and it costs them, BIG.
So we made a move. A bold move. A move to remind ownership they are not the only value-add in the deal. That reinvesting in your tenants shouldn’t have to be requested, it should be REQUIRED.
Being in the room when the ladies found out they were getting a brand new gym… it brought me to tears. This is bigger than a gym! These ladies gain confidence, connection, and community. It’s truly life-changing.
To some, it’s just a building… but to them, it’s home.
