Yoga + Hike: Tyler Park

We will enjoy casual, flat hike (3 miles), time to connect/check in as a community, simple, beginner standing yoga sequences, and silient time to connect with yourself. This hike will have more hiking/walking meditation, a great way try out meditation!

Bring water, an open heart, and a friend. All male identifying people are welcome!
