To accommodate anticipated public transportation disruptions associated with FIFA World Cup events in Philadelphia, the SAG-AFTRA Philadelphia Local office will be closed on Monday, June 22, and Thursday, June 25.

Members can continue to access services remotely, as staff will be available by phone and email during regular business hours.

A reminder that the office will also be closed on Friday, June 19, in observance of Juneteenth.

This 90-minute educational virtual session explores how anxiety commonly shows up in your life and introduces practical, easy to use strategies – grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – to help participants manage stress, stay grounded and support long-term creative sustainability.

Participants receive a guided workbook with exercises used during the workshop, along with tools to continue applying these strategies in daily work and future projects.
