ASRM (the American Society for Reproductive Medicine) acknowledges November as Men's Health Awareness Month. Did you know that male factors are the cause of infertility in 20%–30% of couples and contribute to infertility in another 20%–30% of couples? About half of infertile couples have male factor causes. Male factor infertility can cause shame and be especially isolating for male partners who have a medically related issue. Shame feels bad and lonely. Talking helps.
