Today is the deadline for submitting FLR and BRT appeals for 2025 TY City of Philadelphia real estate tax assessments. 

You should be able to submit to them via email up until 11:59 PM tonight.

Does anyone know how to do a "Deep Dive" search to definitively determine whether someone is alive or dead? I'm trying to sell a property, and I need to find out if a previous owner is still alive or not so that a potential Inheritance Tax issue can be resoled.
