Cippco demolished the limestone and cast-in-place concrete entrance vestibule at Holy Family University, carefully preserving the building's existing limestone facade. The structure was tied into the surrounding building, requiring the project team to work together with Atlantic Concrete Cutting to precisely sawcut the concrete and use controlled machine demolition for separation and removal. This maintained the stonework to remain and created a clean slate for new renovations.

Escalator demolition is one of the most challenging tasks in renovating retail spaces.
