On 3/31, we’re taking over BOTLD Midtown for PAIRED—a four-course sensory collision where elite mixology leads the way.

Chad-Anthony Durkin and Scott Harris have curated a liquid journey through the versatile world of Catoctin Creek Rye. Each cocktail is a masterclass in balance, designed to be perfectly punctuated by chef-driven small plates.

THE POURS:
* Course 1: “Catch You Lion” 🍽️ Smoked Hungarian Trout, Tzatziki, & Quail Egg

* Course 2: “Six Fingered Man” 🍽️ Wagyu Hot Dog, Porchetta Rillette, & Cooper Sharp

* Course 3: “Room with a Vieux” 🍽️ Seared Maitake au Poivre & White Bean Spread
