In light of recent events, it’s more important than ever that our union brothers and sisters stand together. Strength isn’t just built on the job; it’s built in how we support one another through life’s toughest moments. 💪

Support groups play a powerful role in recovery and mental health. They offer a place to talk it out with people who understand, where you can show up as you are, and know you’re not alone. Sometimes, just listening or being there for someone else can make all the difference.

Date: The 3rd Monday of every month
Time: 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Location: The Finishing Trades Institute (FTI)

Purpose: To provide support for those recovering from substance use disorder and/or mental health challenges. This is an all-inclusive support group for members of the Philadelphia Building Trades.
