We're looking forward to celebrating the Edcamp Foundation's big announcement today. With the support of the Gates Foundation, the Edcamp Foundation is hoping to connect and empower more educators in the coming school year!

Boost for grassroots education Five years ago, EdCamp was a seed of an idea, 10 Philadelphia-area educators in a room attempting to make traditional teacher training more meaningful and democratic.

It's almost here! Are you ready for tomorrow morning? Join us for breakfast at 8am. Our welcome and opening remarks will happen at 8:30, followed by schedule building. Sessions will run at 9:30, 10:30, and 11:30. Smackdown and giveaways will happen at 12:30, followed by Lunch & Learn in Logan Square.

Can you believe it? Only 9 more days until ! We've got a new format this year with sessions from 8am -1pm, followed by lunch outside with a Lunch and Learn in Logan Square.
