When visiting NYC, you have to spend some time over in Brooklyn 🌁

The most iconic photo spot in Brooklyn is on Washington Street in DUMBO, where you’ll get a postcard-worthy photo of the Manhattan Bridge between the historic brick buildings 📸

The best time to visit this area is early in the morning to avoid the big crowds. However, we visited midday and were able to wait for a gap to take these photos (but it did take a while) 😅

Bryggen may be considered the oldest part of Bergen, but there are some parts of the city that have buildings which predate the reconstructed ones in there 😮‍💨

A short walk from the historic fortress, near the cruise pier, is where you’ll find a red painted wooden building with the word “Prefaboden Since 1655” on it 🔴

This building was spared during the countless fires that have hit Bergen over the centuries, so it’s a great example of the city’s original architecture 🤩
