Happy Fourth of July from all of us at VSCP LAW.
Today, we celebrate the enduring principles of freedom and justice that our nation was built upon. We are proud to serve the Philadelphia community and remain committed to fighting for the rights of those we represent.
Whether you are watching the fireworks, enjoying a barbecue, or spending time with family, we wish you a safe and joyful holiday weekend.
Meet John Pinto, Founding Partner of VSCP LAW.
John handles a broad range of catastrophic injury cases, with much of his work focused on representing babies and young children who have suffered devastating injuries.
His work includes cases involving cerebral palsy, catastrophic brain injuries, paralysis, and wrongful death. These are serious, complex cases that can affect a family’s future in profound ways.
Notable achievements include:
▪️ Nearly $200 million recovered in the last decade for injured babies and children
▪️ Over $40 Million total recovered in two medical malpractice cases involving young women that suffered permanent brain damage due to negligent emergency department care
▪️ $20+ Million recovery in defective product/workplace injury case involving paralysis
▪️ More than 50 multimillion-dollar verdicts or settlements in cases involving medical malpractice, defective products, wrongful death, trucking accidents, and sexual abuse
John works with a team focused on one clear purpose: helping clients pursue accountability and understand their legal options after life-changing harm.
At VSCP LAW, that work is built on preparation, advocacy, and respect for what families are going through.
When the stakes are highest, families deserve guidance they can trust.

We are proud to celebrate Amanda Jonas Lorentson and the students of the Diverse Mentoring Initiative, who were recognized this week by Speaker Joanna McClinton on the floor of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives.
Amanda founded DMI to pair diverse first-year law students with leading plaintiffs’ firms throughout Pennsylvania, creating access, mentorship, and opportunity for students who have faced real barriers on their path to the legal profession.
Through her trial practice and her leadership of DMI, Amanda is helping build a plaintiffs’ bar that better reflects the communities it serves.
VSCP LAW is proud of Amanda and every DMI student helping bring this initiative to life.
