Today, we’re highlighting Coach Caleb from Walnut Lane, who recently completed Level 3 First Tee Coach Training — continuing his commitment to creating a positive, safe, and engaging environment where young people can grow both on and off the golf course.

At First Tee — Greater Philadelphia, our coaches are encouraged to continue learning and growing through First Tee’s coach development pathway. Through additional training opportunities, coaches deepen their understanding of youth development, relationship-building, and the intentional coaching practices that make First Tee unique.
