Guess who’s back, back again…

Oh heyyyyyyyy

It’s been like a month and a half since I’ve posted because life has kicked me in the butt.

HOWEVERRRRRRRR….

The school year has started and mama is BACK with more workouts, more advice, more foods, more info on Crohn’s and just life, in general.

I’ve been hustling with . 8 weeks with a weight bench and a prayer. YA’LL…it is LIFE.

Took a little bit of a break but I’m back ☺️

I spent my time taking a trip to Nashville, turning 36, taking weekend family trips, enjoying life.

I spent time thinking about what the important things in life are and what make me feel fulfilled.

My priorities have shifted to create a more positive mindset & I never once slacked on a workout or making sure my macros were insane. You don’t always have to see what I’m doing to know that I’m staying consistent.

Moving in silence can be just as powerful as moving with sound.
