Chicken Parm 101
Easy peasey!
1- buy chicken tenders, cover with wax paper and pound each with a mallot,
2- create a batter of 2 eggs beaten and whole milk/light cream- beat together.
Season with salt, black and red pepper
3- set up a plate of seasoned bread crumbs
4- dip chicken in batter then dredge in breadcrumbs - set aside to sautee

Add 2 tblsp olive oil to pan and heat- test with breadcrumbs for temperature
sautee all chicken -both sides - to golden brown.
Using same pan, lay in tomato sauce- I recommend RAOS jarred sauces- between chicken and on top.
Place a piece of mozzarella on each chicken piece and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until done.
Finished results. Add chopped basil for garnish and serve with vegetable or pasta.
