When I saw Lauren’s name on my book, I was so surprised! She moved to the South years ago!!!
She hasn’t been happy with her hair in a long time and she said “I thought when was the last time I really loved my hair….? When I lived in Philly!”
She works for the airline and still has family nearby, so she booked an appointment and a flight 😂

I took her back dark and incorporated the rich burgundy tones that were her signature when she was living here 🍷
