I’ve been anxiously dreading my final day at 5028 for weeks. Jocelyn and I built this store from the ground up and I’ve been running with it for the last 2 years. So proud of the people I’ve worked along side and developed over the last few years and crafting and building a team that can bridge the gap between standard and excellence & make it look easy!! Seeing a team perform and be so involved, knowledgable and know their script like I’ve never seen in ANY other chipotle. 5 100’s on EcoSure, corporate & CTM visits which felt like every other week, sleepless nights cleaning, drilling ISPV and Top 5’s into peoples brains, making sure everyone knew their TP goal, endless before and after cleaning and organization pictures, fighting for my life rotating food in ice baths in the walk in, discarding food that didn’t have perfect cut sizes & many many MANY line resets to make it the moment of truth. I’ve been so indecisive about leaving & now that the day is here it’s so bittersweet and I’m so proud of the work I’ve done and the ones alongside me as well. Excited for the future and wherever the wind takes me 🥑🌶️
