Orinoka Civic House!

NKCDC secured $15 million in funding, from LIHTC equity through Enterprise and three Federal Home Loan Banks: Pittsburgh, New York and Boston, as well as a TD Bank grant and construction financing from Citizens Bank. This project, which earlier received almost $4 million in City NTI funds to complete exterior work, will have a trans formative impact on the neighborhood. Diamond and Associates was thrilled to serve as development consultant in this incredible endeavor! NKCDC does incredible work!
