Here's to camaraderie! Sheryl Axelrod 🎗️ had a wonderful time at the DDLC in New Orleans this month. From the wonderful Board dinner to the amazing live band, from enjoying tennis to the engaging Trials PAC Voir Dire, the conference was filled with fun and laughter. Watching the inspiring fireside chat Valerie Theng Matherne moderated with Paul Matthews, attending the Trials PAC dinner Christine I. Gannon organized, and enjoying a special Senegalese dinner with Chad Lang, his wife Beth, and Valerie, were also highlights.

Debora O'Neill had a great time, too -- special thanks to the NAMWOLF team!

Warm thanks also to Sheryl's friend, Lara N. DiCristina, who met her for a special dinner at SABA!

🎉 We love when attorneys post recommendations about our Alternative Dispute Resolution work!

🕒 This recommendation concerns a Settlement Conference in which counsel told Sheryl Axelrod they didn’t want to waste her time.

❌ There was no point in having a Settlement Conference. “This case will never settle,” they said.

⭐ Less than 4 hours later, Ms. Axelrod had successfully assisted the parties in fully resolving all of their disputes! ⭐

🥳 Thank you, Amy Blumenthal! We appreciate your recommendation and the work you did with Ms. Axelrod to fully resolve this matter!

🎉We love when attorneys post recommendations about our Alternative Dispute Resolution work!

✌️This is the second of TWO posts about a Commercial Litigation matter in which Sheryl Axelrod served as the parties’ Receiver, and managed to resolve ALL of their disputes. 🤝

⭐BOTH SIDES in the action posted recommendations about her work on her LinkedIn profile, and BOTH for her work as a Receiver AND as a Mediator in the case!⭐

Here’s how Brett Berman, Co-Chair of Fox Rothschild LLP’s national Litigation Department, described her work:

“I represented multiple Defendants in a protracted litigation in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, that had multiple appeals over the course of 6 years of litigation ….

Despite the extremely contentious nature of the case, Ms. Axelrod was a true professional in both her role as a receiver and an informal mediator .… Ms. Axelrod was able to successfully work with the parties to resolve a case that seemed completely unresolvable.

I highly recommend Ms. Axelrod both as a Receiver, and also as a Mediator.”

Thank you, Mr. Berman -- we appreciate your recommendation and the work you did with Ms. Axelrod to fully resolve this matter!
