Super Soul-care Sunday 🌱
What have done this far to pour into your soul this weekend?
I’ll go first, after hosting a beautiful Healing Hike for my I treated myself to a lovely and long overdue massage (Thank you Sarah for sending me into another world 🥰) followed by a self-love experience curated by my love including reiki, mediation and soundbath. Let’s just say I slept until almost 10 today & continuing to move slow and relax.
🌱 No matter how big or small I hope that you gave yourself some soul-care.

Healing the Black Heart: Identify the Essentials, Eliminate the Rest !!!
•Tomorrow, Wednesday 10.7 6-7:30 pm, join a group of melanated queens as we release & connect. We meet virtually to tackle current emotions, experiences & issues we are currently facing with some guiding tools such as breath work, meditation, journaling, mindful movement & resources.
•This week’s special guest, , is a self-published author, spoken word poet, & self-wellness enthusiast. Chántelle writes for black women to feel their embedded emotions when they’re too busy carrying everyone else’s.

Discover more in her debut memoir entitled “My Soul Told On Me” a collection of essays that address issue such as: colorism, self-identity, mental health, family and ancestral history as it applies to black womanhood!

As a token of my support, each attendee will be entered to win a copy of My Soul Told On Me!
