Responsibilities
•
This is a full time position with hours ranging from 7:00am to 6:00pm on Monday through Friday
•
Participate in preparing and executing developmentally appropriate daily lesson plans that encourage exploration and are aligned with the PA Early Learning Standards and in compliance with PHLPreK requirements
•
Participate in creating a warm, inviting atmosphere for parents, children and staff in the classroom
•
Maintain safe, clean and orderly environment according to ECERS
•
Collaborate positively on school initiatives with Center Director, Teaching Staff, and Parents
•
Assesses each child’s developmental needs on an ongoing basis
•
Observes all of Beanstalk’s policies including attending all required staff meetings, workshops and school functions
