Congratulations to PCR varsity student-athlete, Lucia, who was honored last night by Philadelphia Girls' Rowing Club as a recipient of the Bill Braxton Memorial Regatta scholarship!

The award recognizes graduating high school rowers for their scholarship, team spirit, and leadership. It is given in honor of Bill Braxton, a Marietta College rower remembered for his dedication, competitive spirit, and love for rowing.

Lucia will attend St. Mary’s College of Maryland in the fall, where she plans to study Marine Science.

It’s City Champs weekend on the Schuylkill River! 🏙️

PCR has EIGHT boats competing this weekend. Today, our boats will race in time trials for a chance to advance to tomorrow’s finals.
