Pho started in Vietnam and became a comfort classic across Asia. My version is modern, not fully traditional, but full of flavor I chose.
Ingredients I used:
White onion, enoki mushrooms, green onions, baby carrots, bell peppers, celery, mung bean sprouts, roasted seaweed, rice noodles, quail eggs, mushroom seasoning, ground ginger, clove, cinnamon, black pepper, and salt. You can always go traditional or add your twist!
