There is no evidence that supports the existence of specific sleep regressions assigned to a specific age.
Here’s what we know:
The first year of a baby’s sleep is very fluid.
SOMETIMES, milestones can cause temporary changes in your baby’s sleep patterns. This does not mean your baby will regress every time they hit a milestone.
They only regression supported by science is the 4th month sleep regression. Around 4 months, the way the brain organizes sleep changes. And it happens to every single baby.
