⚠️ If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE so we can adjust the schedule and offer that spot to another customer waiting for service.

🌦️☀️🌧️❄️ One day it’s 90° the next it’s 50°… then rain, then sun, then humidity all over again 😵‍💫

When the weather changes drastically over and over every week, pests get confused and active at the same time. Ants, spiders, roaches, termites, mice, bees and more start moving around looking for food, water, shelter, and dry areas.

A few warm days can wake pests up early, then rain pushes them inside, and cooler nights slow them down just enough to make the activity seem “random” — but it’s not. This back-and-forth weather is exactly why we start seeing sudden infestations this time of year.

We truly appreciate when customers request a specific technician, and we always do our best to accommodate those requests whenever possible. However, with schedules constantly changing, emergencies coming in, vacations, routes, and long days during peak season, we cannot always guarantee a specific tech every visit.

The only tech that works every single day is Johnny (John Simone III) 🤪👏🏼

Also, if you contact a technician separately, please understand that does not guarantee service or scheduling. Everything must still go through the office and through me so we can properly schedule, route, and keep track of all appointments 🙏🏼
