"This photo was taken at my Master's graduation from the University of Redlands in 2001, where I graduated Magna Cum Laude.

At the time, I thought this moment was the reward for all the hard work.

Now I understand it was preparation for what came next.

The degree mattered, but the greater value was learning the discipline, resilience, and commitment required to pursue meaningful goals. Those lessons shaped my journey as an entrepreneur, educator, and founder.

Today, through On Track, I have the privilege of working with students who are building journeys of their own. Athletes, artists, entrepreneurs, performers, and young people pursuing ambitious goals beyond the traditional classroom.

Education isn't just about earning a diploma. It's about developing the skills, character, and confidence to build the future you want.

This photo captures the end of one chapter. What I couldn't see then was that the most meaningful work was still ahead.
