Kyo Daiko

Thank you, Friends Central Lower School, for inviting KyoDaiko to fill the room with good Taiko energy, helped along with the enthusiasm and excitement of the young audience members! It's wonderful how the littlest attendees sometimes bring the BIGGEST energy! We sure hope that we've inspired some future Taiko players amongst them!

Still catching up on our busy spring season! Next up: memories from the annual Sakura Cherry Blossom Festival in Philly's beautiful Fairmount Park!
Temps were a wee chilly, and the cherry blossoms were waiting to burst open (sadly, not that weekend!), but we had a blast and as always, energized by a great audience who warmed us up with their enthusiasm. Happy Spring!

Well, the "last Taiko Taster of 2025" was snowed out, so here's another opportunity to experience the joy of Taiko drumming with KyoDaiko while (maybe) working off some winter blues!
